If you are dissatisfied with the appearance of your breasts, breast augmentation may be right for you. As part of breast augmentation candidacy, you must be at least 18 years old for saline breast implants, and at least 22 for silicone breast implants.
Breast augmentation creates:
- Larger, fuller breasts
- Symmetrical, even breasts
- Improved breast contour and shape
- Better overall body balance and proportion
- Improved clothing fit
If you are generally healthy and want to achieve one or more of the above breast characteristics, you are probably a good candidate for breast augmentation.
Another consideration is cost. Breast augmentation does come at an expense that requires planning. Cost should not be the chief factor in achieving the body you have always wanted, but you should be able to plan for how you will address the cost, whether through available financing or other means. And remember, Breast Augmentation usually requires replacement and further surgery at some point.
