28 year old currently an "A" cup desiring to be a mid to full "C" and feeling she was slightly larger on her left side than her right. At surgery, I placed Allergan regular profile implants through an underarm incision, 360cc on the right and 330cc on the left. Two and a half years later she had another child and did not breast feed.
5’2” 102 lb. started with a 32A. She underwent augmentation with an below breast incision, sub-muscular, with saline implants 325ccR 350ccL..her areola are a little different in size, as they were before surgery but she was thrilled with her result a 32 Full C.
5’4” 119 lb. starting with a 34A. She underwent augmentation through a below breast incision, under muscle with textured saline tear- drop shaped implants 390cc bilaterally. She loved her result, a 34D.
5’2” 110 lb. with a great breast shape already, looking for a mid-full C cup result. She had augmentation through the underarm with a 300cc regular profile silicone gel implant. And while I would love to take credit, because of her shape she started with, it’s easy to get a great result! Patients like this make doctors look good!
5’6 ½” 128 lb. currently a 32 B cup. She underwent augmentation, underarm incision, sub-muscular with 420cc silicone gel regular profile implants with a very natural result, a 32 Full C.
5’11" no children, this patient presents with a 34B and desired to be in the D range. She underwent submuscular augmentation, 465cc saline bilaterally. Post op she feels they fit her taller frame and she can still “downplay” them when she wants!
33 year old was a full C cup before having 2 kids. She then wore a B cup and desired to get back to a full C. She underwent augmentation and silicone gel through the underarm and has a very natural result with good cleavage.
39 year old who has had 2 pregnancies and had lost breast fullness. She desired to be a full C cup from an A cup. She chose 350cc saline implants. She is a great example of a natural result from saline breast implants.
