21 yr. old who felt her profile was very weak, in part from her nose and in part from her chin. This is the type of patient that will probably not have full improvement without addressing both areas so that is what we did. We did an Open Rhinoplasty and a chin implant with a silicone glove type implant and at 9 months post op, her profile is dramatically improved!

She also had slight indentations to the side of her chin as well and so we chose a silicone implant that not only gave her a bit of projection forward, but that also filled in those areas on the side. This was placed through an incision under the chin.
