Non-Surgical Neck lift is here!

Tired of that extra skin hanging below your chin? Now, there’s a non-surgical option! Chosen as one of the first physicians in Scottsdale to be trained on this amazing new FDA treatment for double chin, Dr. Corey is so excited to be able to offer this to his patients.

Kybella™ is a revolutionary nonsurgical injection that is capable of eliminating submental fullness, more commonly known as double chin. With Kybella, we can help restore proper contours to the chin by reducing fat deposits without incisions, eliminating surgical risks such as excessive bleeding and infection. This makes it a very attractive option for patients who desire a lifted and more youthful appearance, but do not want to undergo a surgical procedure.

How Kybella Works

The active ingredient in Kybella is deoxycholic acid, a molecule that occurs naturally in the body. In the body, deoxycholic acid is secreted by the liver to break down dietary fat. In Kybella, this molecule is used to emulsify fat deposits in the injection area. Once these deposits are destroyed they cannot come back. However, it may take multiple applications to fully eliminate all fat deposits from the chin. How many treatments you will need is best determined during your initial consultation with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. John Corey.

Fat cells eliminated by Kybella cannot come back, but new fat can accumulate if care is not taken to maintain a consistent and healthy weight. Dr. Corey would be happy to discuss diet and exercise routines that can help keep your chin, and the rest of your body, from accumulating unwanted fat deposits during your treatment consultation.
