This patient is a good example of a natural lower pole fullness possible with anatomic cohesive gel implants. This woman is an active runner with 3 children who wanted a very natural shape, avoiding the round implant look at the top. We chose Allergan style 410 implants, 375cc bilaterally and her pictures at 7 months post op show a very natural result.

This 42-year-old woman had thought about having surgery for the last 10 years. She was a B cup before kids, and now an A, looking to be a full C. After doing the rice test we decided on Allergan SRLP 360 bilaterally. She shows a very natural result, with slight fullness under the right breast still being seen after surgery.
This is a great example of how sometimes, breast implants can change, not only the size, but the shape as well. This 33-year-old patient had lateral fullness to her breast that gave a wider look to her chest than she really had. We used 340cc Allergan implants placed through the underarm, using the endoscope and Keller funnel. It really helped give her a more proportionate appearance to her upper body.
This patient has several challenges but still ended with a very nice result. She had her left nipple slightly lower than her right, thin tissue in the cleavage, and she wanted to be a D cup and use cohesive “Gummy” implants. Being only 12cm wide, we settled on 405cc high profile Allergan implants, using a Keller funnel and a sizer. She turned out a great size and shape for her.
This 30 year old, who after being very lean, wanted to have a very natural tear drop shape. After looking and feeling the different implants, she decided on the tear drop gummy bear (Allergan style 410) to be a full C or small D. We did 395cc through an under breast incision. She looks great. No ripples and a very natural shape!
This is another great example of a very natural look even with a larger sized implant. We did 485cc Allergan style SCM gummy bear implants through the underarm using a Keller funnel and her results shown are now one year later. She has good balance to her breast and good cleavage with the majority of her fullness being in the lower pole of her breast rather than the upper
I include this patient because there is a temptation by some surgeons to overuse high profile implants. This patient wanted a good size and was only 12cm wide at her breast diameter, so it may be tempting to use a high-profile implant but looking at her pre op, I saw a slightly larger cleavage space and I felt a moderate profile would be a better choice to get cleavage. So, we placed an Allergan SRM 405cc Moderate Profile standard silicone gel implants with, I think, a great result.
This is a 35 year old woman who is very active and has a very low body fat percent. She desired to be a full C-small D. Because of her lean frame, we decided to use Allergan 410s, 425cc anatomical implants. Post-op she has no rippling, a very natural upper slope and loves her result.
This patient is a good example of a question that comes up frequently. If a patient has a natural orientation of her breast to the outside, will that mean her breasts will point out or have a big space between?
This patient presented with a more outward orientation to her nipples. We matched the width of her breast with her implant (Allergan 371cc mid profile) and she went from a B cup to a full C. Her nipple/areola still will have an outward orientation, but by using a matching width implant, an acceptable space can be obtained. This also is an example where a high profile implant would not be recommended.
Although we are placing more silicone implants than saline, there are still a number of patients that prefer saline. Both implants can give a very different look from each other and in this patient, the roundness of saline is well demonstrated. She is very thin (5'8" and 118lb) and was looking for a round full breast with saline implants. She had 390cc style 68mp implant filled to 450cc, done endoscopically through the underarm.
