This 25 yr. old entertainer appeared on MTV Asia and felt that her nose was too wide and too close to her face. Based on her goals, I did an open Rhinoplasty approach and did not remove anything from the bridge or dorsum of her nose. I placed a strut graft from her septal cartilage, narrowed both the bones and the nostrils and contoured the tip by suturing. She thinks the result gives her a more mature look to her face now!

This 21 yr. old did not like the appearance of her profile and we contributed this to both a weak chin and an over projected nose, which dropped even lower when she smiled. She decided to address both issues. We did place a silicone chin implant and performed an open Rhinoplasty where we reduced the bridge of the nose, narrowed the bones and brought in the tip. She felt that the change was very dramatic and very rewarding.

This young lady felt that her nose just did not fit the narrow structure of her face. Through an open rhinoplasty approach, we refined the bridge of her nose as well as suture contoured the tip, and in the after view from the ground up you can see how slight the scar is from the open technique.
