This patient shows a family trait of excess bagging of the lower lids and a bit of relaxed skin to the upper lids as well. She underwent a Quad Bleph (all four eyelids) with incisions in the upper crease and under the lower lash to remove both skin and fat.

Eyelid Surgery
46 year old came to me with questions about other subjects. I told her that I was going to do something very out of character and asked her if her lower lids ever bothered her, even though she did not mention that. She said, "Yes! All the time!" We did a lower lid lift and she is very happy!
This 47 yr old presents with not only excess skin and fat of all four lids, but a low set brow as well, again often a family trait. She underwent a bilat lower bleph, removing skin and fat and then an open Brow Lift, with nothing done to the upper lids. Post op, at 7 months she looks much more refreshed. Her right brow is a bit higher than her left, as it was pre-op.
She shows excess skin rolls and some fat to the lower lids and underwent a bilateral Lower Bleph, with the incision just under the lower lash, removing skin and some redundant fat as well.
