This patient shows a family trait of excess bagging of the lower lids and a bit of relaxed skin to the upper lids as well. She underwent a Quad Bleph (all four eyelids) with incisions in the upper crease and under the lower lash to remove both skin and fat.

Procedure:
BlepharoplastyShe shows excess skin rolls and some fat to the lower lids and underwent a bilateral Lower Bleph, with the incision just under the lower lash, removing skin and some redundant fat as well.
Procedure:
BlepharoplastyThis 47 yr old presents with not only excess skin and fat of all four lids, but a low set brow as well, again often a family trait. She underwent a bilat lower bleph, removing skin and fat and then an open Brow Lift, with nothing done to the upper lids. Post op, at 7 months she looks much more refreshed. Her right brow is a bit higher than her left, as it was pre-op.
